Terms of service

Effective date: August 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to the Laura Home online store, use of its features, placement of orders, purchase of digital products, and granting of licences to use them.

With respect to the sale of digital products, these Terms constitute a public offer to enter into an electronic contract with the Seller. By placing an order and clicking a button that clearly confirms the obligation to pay, the Buyer accepts these Terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, the applicable Licence Terms, and the product information displayed before payment.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

3. Scope and International Sales

3.1. These Terms apply to the use of the Website and Orders placed through Laura Home, regardless of the Buyer’s country, provided that sales are available in that country through the Website.

3.2. Laura Home serves international customers. The availability of products, currencies, payment methods, taxes, and certain features may vary depending on the country or region.

3.3. If the Buyer is a Consumer, these Terms do not deprive them of any rights that cannot be contractually limited under the laws of their country of habitual residence and that apply to the relevant Order.

3.4. Provisions concerning withdrawal rights, conformity guarantees, remedies, liability, and dispute resolution apply subject to the mandatory laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

3.5. The Seller may choose not to offer, or may stop offering, products in particular countries or territories where sales are restricted by law, sanctions, payment service rules, Licence Terms, or technical availability.

4. Acceptance of the Terms and Formation of the Contract

4.1. The version of these Terms in effect when an Order is placed and paid for applies to that Order.

4.2. Before entering into the Contract, the Buyer is given an opportunity to review the essential characteristics of the Digital Product, its price, currency, applicable taxes, available payment methods, file delivery terms, licence type, cancellation rules, and other material information.

4.3. The Contract is considered concluded after the Buyer:

  • selects a product and licence type;
  • provides the required information;
  • has an opportunity to review the contents of the Order and the total amount;
  • accepts the documents specified during checkout;
  • clicks a button that clearly confirms the Order and the obligation to pay;
  • successfully completes payment, unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.

4.4. After the Order has been placed, the Seller provides the Buyer with confirmation on a Durable Medium, generally by email. The confirmation contains or makes available information about the Order and the applicable contractual terms. For Consumers in the European Union or another jurisdiction where this is mandatory, the confirmation also records the Consumer’s separate consent to the immediate supply of digital content and their acknowledgement of the consequences of that consent.

4.5. An automated Order receipt notification does not constitute acceptance of payment if the transaction has been declined, remains incomplete, or requires additional verification.

4.6. The following form integral parts of the Contract:

4.7. If special terms applicable to a particular product or licence differ from the general provisions of these Terms, the special terms will apply to the use of that product. Such terms may not limit the Consumer’s mandatory rights.

5. User Requirements and Accounts

5.1. By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that they have the legal capacity required to enter into the Contract. A person who has not reached the age of majority in their country may place an Order only with the consent and under the responsibility of their legal representative, where permitted by law.

5.2. An account may not be required to browse the Website. Creating an account or providing contact details may be required to place an Order, restore access to files, or use certain features.

5.3. The User must provide accurate, complete, and current information and update it promptly when necessary.

5.4. The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential, maintaining the security of their email account, and all actions performed through their account, except where unauthorised access resulted from the fault of the Seller or another responsible party.

5.5. If the User suspects unauthorised access, they must notify the Seller immediately.

5.6. An account may not be sold, transferred, or made available to another person without a lawful basis.

6. Digital Nature of the Products

6.1. Laura Home sells Digital Products. No physical products are shipped to the Buyer unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.

6.2. Depending on the selected product, the Buyer may receive files in PNG, TIFF, PSD, or other formats specified in the product description.

6.3. Images of fabrics, wallpaper, clothing, home textiles, packaging, interiors, printed products, and other physical items are examples of possible applications of the design. Such physical items are not included in the Order.

6.4. Before payment, the Buyer must review:

  • the product name and description;
  • the contents and number of files;
  • the format, dimensions, and resolution;
  • the colour profile, where specified;
  • compatibility and functionality;
  • the type and scope of the Licence;
  • the price, currency, and total amount;
  • the accuracy of the email address.

6.5. Compatible software, equipment, and professional knowledge may be required to open, edit, print, or otherwise use the files. Unless stated otherwise in the product description, these are not included in the Order and are not provided by the Seller.

6.6. Colour display depends on screen settings, colour profiles, materials, inks, printing equipment, and production technology. A minor difference between the on-screen image and the printed result does not, by itself, constitute a lack of conformity of the Digital Product.

6.7. A Digital Product is provided as a one-time file or collection of files. Continuous updates, new versions, or indefinite cloud storage are not included in the Order unless expressly stated otherwise. This does not limit any obligation to provide updates necessary to maintain the product’s conformity where such an obligation is expressly required by applicable law.

7. Order Placement, Verification, and Cancellation by the Seller

7.1. Before confirming an Order, the Buyer has an opportunity to review and, where the relevant functionality is available, correct the entered information and shopping cart contents.

7.2. The Seller may reject or cancel an Order before delivering the Digital Product, including where:

  • payment is unconfirmed, declined, or reasonably suspected of being fraudulent;
  • there is an obvious technical error in the price, description, or availability of the product;
  • the relevant file or Licence cannot be provided;
  • the Buyer has violated these Terms or applicable law;
  • cancellation is required to comply with a lawful request from a bank, payment provider, Shopify, or a competent authority.

7.3. If the Seller cancels a paid Order before properly delivering the product, the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7.4. The Seller may limit the number of purchases, access to specific products, or sales in a particular country where such a restriction has a lawful and reasonable basis.

8. Prices, Currencies, Taxes, and Payment

8.1. The current price, currency, and available payment methods are displayed before the Order is confirmed.

8.2. The Seller may change prices, discounts, and the product range. Changes do not affect Orders that have already been paid for, except in the event of an obvious technical error disclosed to the Buyer before the product is delivered. In that case, the Buyer may accept the correct price or receive a full refund.

8.3. The total Order amount is displayed before payment. Depending on the Buyer’s country, Buyer type, and applicable law, the amount may include or separately display VAT, sales tax, or another mandatory tax.

8.4. For electronic services and digital content sold to Consumers in the European Union, VAT is determined and charged in accordance with the place-of-consumption rules where such an obligation applies to the Seller. The existence or absence of a separate registration, OSS scheme, or other tax arrangement does not change the final amount shown to the Buyer before payment.

8.5. A Business Buyer must provide accurate company details and a valid tax identification number if they request the application of a special tax treatment or inclusion of such details in the payment document. Reverse charge or another special tax treatment applies only where all statutory requirements are met.

8.6. No physical delivery is provided. Therefore, no postal, courier, or international shipping charges apply to Digital Products.

8.7. Payments may be processed through Hutko by PUMB, JSC “PUMB”, international payment systems, banks, and/or other services available during checkout. The relevant provider may apply its own terms, security checks, and data processing rules.

8.8. The Buyer confirms that they are legally entitled to use the selected payment method and that the payment and contact information provided is accurate.

8.9. Laura Home does not store full payment card numbers, PINs, or CVV/CVC codes where such data are entered directly on the payment provider’s secure page.

8.10. Any fees or currency conversion rates applied by the Buyer’s bank, payment system, or card issuer are outside the Seller’s control and may differ from the rate displayed on the Website.

9. File Delivery and Downloading

9.1. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, access to Digital Files is provided after successful payment confirmation:

  • on the Order confirmation page;
  • through the Buyer’s account;
  • through a link sent by email;
  • through another method described during checkout.

9.2. The Buyer must provide a correct email address, check the “Spam”, “Promotions”, and other automatically sorted folders, and ensure that their email account can receive messages.

9.3. If the link is not received, does not work, or the file is corrupted, the Buyer must contact office@laura-home.com.ua, providing the Order number and a description of the problem.

9.4. For security and copyright protection purposes, a download link may have an expiration period or a limited number of downloads. Such a limitation does not prevent the Buyer from requesting restored access to a properly purchased product within a reasonable period and where technically possible.

9.5. The Buyer is advised to create a backup copy of the files after downloading them. Unless stated otherwise on the Website, the Seller does not guarantee indefinite storage of purchased files in the Buyer’s account or through a third-party service.

9.6. The detailed file delivery procedure is set out in the Payment and Digital File Download Policy.

10. Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal

10.1. In certain countries, Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within a specified period without providing a reason. The scope, period, and exceptions to this right are determined by the mandatory laws applicable to the Order.

10.2. For Consumers in the European Union, the withdrawal period for a contract for digital content not supplied on a physical medium is generally 14 calendar days from the date on which the Contract is concluded.

10.3. A Consumer in the European Union loses the right of withdrawal after the supply of digital content has begun only where all of the following conditions are met:

  • the Consumer has given their separate express consent to begin supplying the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period;
  • the Consumer has separately acknowledged that they understand they will lose the right of withdrawal once the supply of digital content begins;
  • the Seller has provided confirmation of the Contract and this consent on a Durable Medium;
  • the Seller has actually begun supplying the digital content.

10.4. Acceptance of these Terms or the inclusion of this provision in the text does not, by itself, replace the Consumer’s separate express consent where such consent is required by law.

10.5. If all conditions in Clause 10.3 are satisfied and access to the file has been provided, no change-of-mind refund will be issued unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10.6. If the required separate consent was not properly obtained or confirmed, the Consumer retains the right of withdrawal to the extent provided by applicable law.

10.7. Where the right of withdrawal remains available, the Consumer may use the electronic withdrawal function on the Website or another available method, including sending a clear statement to office@laura-home.com.ua. The statement should include the Consumer’s name, email address, and Order number.

10.8. Where an electronic withdrawal function is required by law, it must be clearly labelled, continuously available throughout the withdrawal period, and provide confirmation of receipt on a Durable Medium. Submitting a statement does not automatically approve a refund where the Order lawfully falls within the exception for digital content that has already been supplied.

10.9. This section does not limit the Consumer’s rights where the Digital Product was not supplied, was corrupted, was supplied incorrectly, or does not conform to the Contract.

10.10. Detailed cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy

11. Conformity of the Digital Product and Available Remedies

11.1. The Seller must provide a Digital Product that conforms to the Contract and the description in effect when the Order was placed, including its contents, format, quantity, functionality, and other essential characteristics.

11.2. If the Digital Product is not supplied, the file is corrupted, the wrong file is provided, part of the Order is missing, or the product materially differs from its description, the Buyer may contact the Seller.

11.3. Depending on the nature of the issue and applicable law, the Seller may:

  • restore access;
  • provide a working download link;
  • provide the missing part of the Order;
  • replace or correct the file;
  • bring the Digital Product into conformity at no additional cost;
  • proportionately reduce the price;
  • issue a full or partial refund.

11.4. The Seller will correct any confirmed lack of conformity within a reasonable period, without undue inconvenience and at no additional cost to the Buyer.

11.5. The Consumer may request a price reduction or terminate the Contract and receive a refund if the Digital Product cannot be brought into conformity, the Seller refuses to do so, the issue is not resolved within a reasonable period, the issue occurs again, or the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious to justify an immediate remedy.

11.6. After receiving a full refund, the Consumer must stop using the Digital Product and must not make it available to third parties. The Seller may discontinue further access to the relevant file to the extent permitted by law.

11.7. The Seller does not guarantee any specific commercial result, level of sales, profit, uniqueness of the product within a particular market, or compatibility with software that was not stated to be supported.

11.8. Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory guarantees concerning the conformity of digital content or any other rights that cannot be limited by contract.

12. Refunds, Payment Disputes, and Duplicate Charges

12.1. The procedure for submitting a claim, review periods, and refund methods is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

12.2. If the same payment is mistakenly charged more than once, the Buyer must notify the Seller. Once the duplicate charge has been confirmed, the incorrectly charged amount will be refunded.

12.3. The Buyer is encouraged to contact the Seller first to resolve any technical or payment-related issue. This does not limit the Buyer’s legal right to contact their bank, payment provider, consumer protection authority, or a court.

12.4. Knowingly submitting a false claim concerning an unauthorised transaction, non-delivery of a product, or another violation may constitute a breach of these Terms and applicable law. The Seller may provide the bank or payment provider with information required to lawfully investigate the dispute.

13. Digital Product Licence

13.1. Purchasing a Digital Product does not constitute the sale or transfer of copyright in the design.

13.2. After full payment, the Buyer receives a non-exclusive, limited, worldwide, and non-transferable licence to use the purchased product within the scope of the selected licence type. The Licence may be terminated in the event of a material breach of its terms.

13.3. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or in a special licence, the price of the Digital Product includes a Standard Commercial Licence, which permits the production of up to 500 finished physical products using one purchased design.

13.4. Use through Print-on-Demand services, production exceeding the stated limit, granting broader rights to a client, or any other use beyond the Standard Commercial Licence is permitted only under an appropriate extended licence or separate written licence.

13.5. Permitted uses, restrictions, production limits, commercial use, and rules for working with contractors are specified in detail in the Licence Terms and any special terms displayed on the product page.

13.6. A file may be provided to a printing company or another contractor solely to fulfil a specific Order for the Buyer. The contractor does not receive an independent licence and may not use the file, retain it for other projects, or share it with third parties.

13.7. Without the Seller’s separate written permission, you may not:

  • sell, give away, publish, distribute, or provide original files or access to them to third parties;
  • include an original file in digital bundles, templates, libraries, or products from which it can be extracted or used separately;
  • upload files to stock platforms, digital asset marketplaces, file-sharing services, or shared libraries;
  • claim authorship of a design or register it as your own intellectual property;
  • use a design as a trademark, logo, or other brand identifier without a separate written licence;
  • use files or Website content to train, fine-tune, test, or create datasets for artificial intelligence systems;
  • circumvent technical restrictions, watermarks, or other protective measures.

13.8. The Seller may sell the same design to other customers unless an exclusive licence has been agreed in writing for the relevant product.

13.9. If a full refund is issued, the Licence terminates. The Buyer must stop using the files, delete all saved copies, and must not provide them to other persons.

14. Intellectual Property Rights in the Website and Its Content

14.1. The Website’s design, logos, names, texts, photographs, illustrations, previews, videos, graphics, selection, and arrangement of materials belong to the Seller or are lawfully used by the Seller.

14.2. Viewing the Website does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the User. Ordinary personal use of the Website to browse products and place Orders is permitted.

14.3. Website materials may not be copied, reproduced, published, modified, distributed, sold, automatically collected, or otherwise used beyond what is expressly permitted by law, these Terms, the applicable Licence, or the rights holder’s written consent.

14.4. The names and marks of Shopify and other third parties belong to their respective rights holders.

14.5. Notices of potential intellectual property infringement may be sent to office@laura-home.com.ua. The notice should include the claimant’s contact details, a description of the protected work, a link to the disputed material, and evidence of the claimant’s authority.

15. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

15.1. If the Website allows Users to publish reviews, images, or other content, the User confirms that they have the right to submit it and that it does not violate the law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

15.2. The User retains ownership of their content but grants the Seller a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, display, technically adapt, and use it to operate and moderate the Website and promote Laura Home within the purpose for which the content was submitted.

15.3. The Seller may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, promotional, infringes third-party rights, or is unrelated to the purchased product.

15.4. The Seller is not required to publish every submission but will not manipulate reviews in a manner that misleads customers.

16. Acceptable Use of the Website

16.1. The User must use the Website lawfully, in good faith, and without infringing the rights of others.

16.2. Users may not:

  • use the Website or its products for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities;
  • infringe copyright, trademark rights, privacy, or other third-party rights;
  • transmit viruses or malicious code or take actions capable of disrupting the Website;
  • circumvent authentication, access controls, download limits, or other security measures;
  • obtain unauthorised access to accounts, files, servers, or data;
  • automatically collect, copy, or extract Website content, including through bots or scrapers, without written permission;
  • use the Website for spam, phishing, false reviews, or deceiving others;
  • impose an unreasonable burden on the Website’s technical infrastructure.

16.3. If these Terms are violated, the Seller may restrict or terminate the User’s access, invalidate download links, suspend the account, and take any measures permitted by law. Such measures do not limit the mandatory rights of a good-faith Consumer regarding a properly purchased product.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

17.1. The Website may use Shopify, payment providers, banks, email, analytics, advertising, support, and digital file delivery services.

17.2. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. The Seller does not control their independent activities but uses such services where reasonably necessary to operate the store.

17.3. The Website may contain links to third-party resources. A link does not constitute approval of all content or activities of the relevant resource.

17.4. All contracts for the purchase of Laura Home Digital Products are entered into directly between the Buyer and the Seller.

18. Personal Data and Electronic Communications

18.1. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

18.2. To perform the Contract, the Seller may send service communications, including Order and payment confirmations, receipts, download links, consent confirmations, security notices, Order updates, and customer support responses.

18.3. The Buyer agrees to receive such service communications electronically. This does not constitute consent to marketing.

18.4. Marketing communications are sent only where an appropriate legal basis exists. The Buyer may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting office@laura-home.com.ua.

19. Website Availability and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

19.1. The Seller aims to maintain the secure and stable operation of the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

19.2. Access may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, updates, accidents, cyberattacks, power or communication outages, third-party providers, hostilities, natural disasters, government decisions, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.

19.3. If a technical issue prevents delivery of a paid product, the Seller will take reasonable measures to restore access or offer another remedy provided by law.

19.4. Circumstances beyond a party’s control do not release the Seller from the obligation to issue a refund where the product can no longer be supplied and a refund is required by law or the Refund Policy.

20. Liability

20.1. The parties are responsible for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the Contract and applicable law.

20.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not responsible for an issue caused exclusively by:

  • an incorrect email address or other inaccurate information provided by the Buyer;
  • the Buyer losing access to their email address or account;
  • device failure, lack of software stated as required, or improper use of a file;
  • modification, corruption, or deletion of a file by the Buyer or their contractor;
  • actions of a bank, payment system, or other independent service where the Seller has properly performed its obligations;
  • colour differences caused by screen settings, materials, inks, equipment, profiles, or printing technology;
  • use of a product outside the scope of the purchased Licence.

20.3. The Seller does not exclude or limit liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, violation of mandatory Consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

20.4. The Seller’s liability to a Consumer will not be limited below the level guaranteed by mandatory law. The Consumer may claim compensation in the circumstances and to the extent provided by applicable law.

20.5. A Business Buyer is responsible for the lawful use of files, compliance with the Licence Terms, the accuracy of tax information, and third-party rights in the final products they create.

21. Additional Terms for Business Buyers

21.1. Rights granted exclusively to Consumers do not apply to Business Buyers unless otherwise expressly required by law or these Terms.

21.2. A Business Buyer confirms that the person placing an Order on its behalf has the necessary authority.

21.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable to a Business Buyer for indirect loss, loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.

21.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller’s total contractual liability to a Business Buyer for a particular Order will not exceed the amount actually paid for that Order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

21.5. Before payment, the Business Buyer must independently assess whether the product and Licence are suitable for its commercial project.

22. Sanctions, Export Restrictions, and Lawful Use

22.1. The Buyer must not purchase, transfer, or use a Digital Product in violation of applicable sanctions, export restrictions, or other mandatory prohibitions.

22.2. The Seller may refuse, suspend, or block an Order or transaction where necessary to comply with a mandatory requirement imposed by law, a bank, or a payment provider.

22.3. Where the law permits a refund for a blocked transaction, it will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the competent authorities and payment service.

23. Suspension and Termination of Access

23.1. The User may stop using the Website at any time.

23.2. The Seller may suspend or terminate access to the Website or an account where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or in response to a material breach of these Terms.

23.3. Before terminating access, the Seller will consider the nature and severity of the violation. Unless immediate action is required, the User may be given an opportunity to correct the violation.

23.4. Termination of access does not release either party from obligations that arose previously. Provisions concerning intellectual property, the Licence, liability, and dispute resolution remain effective after termination.

24. Changes to the Website and These Terms

24.1. The Seller may change the Website’s features, product range, descriptions, prices, and these Terms.

24.2. A new version of the Terms takes effect on the date stated on this page and applies to use of the Website and Orders placed after that date.

24.3. An Order already placed and paid for is governed by the version in effect when it was placed unless a change is required by law, agreed by the parties, or improves the Buyer’s position.

24.4. The Seller will provide notice of material changes affecting existing contractual relationships as required by applicable law.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

25.1. These Terms and Contracts with the Seller are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

25.2. If the Buyer is a Consumer in another country, the choice of Ukrainian law does not deprive them of protection provided by the mandatory laws of their country of habitual residence where those laws apply to the Contract.

25.3. In the event of a question, claim, or dispute, the Buyer is encouraged to contact office@laura-home.com.ua, providing the Order number and details of the matter. The parties will attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation.

25.4. Contacting the Seller does not limit the Consumer’s right to submit a complaint to a competent consumer protection authority, use an available alternative dispute resolution mechanism, or bring legal proceedings.

25.5. A Consumer may bring proceedings before a court whose jurisdiction is determined by mandatory rules applicable to the dispute. These Terms do not establish exclusive jurisdiction in Ukraine where such a restriction is prohibited by the laws of the Consumer’s country.

25.6. Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by mandatory law, disputes with Business Buyers will be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine.

26. Language Versions

26.1. These Terms may be published in Ukrainian, English, and other languages corresponding to the Website’s available language versions.

26.2. Each published language version must contain the same material terms. Information displayed to the Buyer in the checkout language before payment forms part of the Contract.

26.3. In the event of inconsistencies between translations, the Ukrainian version will be used for interpretation to the fullest extent permitted by law. This provision does not deprive a Consumer of protection under the mandatory laws of their country and does not allow the Seller to rely on a provision that was not communicated clearly and comprehensibly before payment.

26.4. The revision date and material content of all active language versions must remain synchronised.

27. Miscellaneous

27.1. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. The invalid provision will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law or be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects its lawful purpose.

27.2. A party’s failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

27.3. The Buyer may not transfer their rights or obligations under the Contract to a third party without the Seller’s written consent, except where permitted by law or the applicable Licence.

27.4. The Seller may transfer its rights and obligations to a successor in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business, provided that the Buyer’s rights are preserved and any mandatory notification requirements are satisfied.

27.5. Section headings are included for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

27.6. These Terms, together with documents incorporated by reference, the product description, and information confirmed during checkout, constitute the Contract between the Seller and the Buyer concerning the relevant Order.
