What exactly am I buying?
You are purchasing a digital file with a seamless copyrighted pattern and the right to use it according to the chosen license. No physical product will be shipped.
In what formats are the files provided?
Formats, sizes, and file characteristics are listed on each pattern's page. Before purchasing, please check if they meet the requirements of your production or software.
Are the patterns seamless?
Yes, the patterns are prepared for seamless repetition and can be used for printing on large surfaces.
What can patterns be used for?
Depending on the chosen license — for textiles, wallpaper, packaging, stationery, decor, accessories, digital materials, and other products.
- Payment & Download
How do I receive the files after purchase?
After successful payment, you will receive a download link at the email address provided during checkout.
What should I do if the email with the files hasn't arrived?
Check your Spam and Promotions folders. If the email is not there, please contact us and provide your name, email, and order number.
Can I reupload the file?
The ability to re-download depends on the order conditions. If the link is not working, please contact us — we will help restore access.
Do you ship physical goods?
No. Laura Home sells digital designs, so delivery by mail or courier is not provided.

Can a pattern be used to sell products?
Yes, if the purchased license allows for commercial use. The permissible print run, usage format, and other restrictions are specified in the terms of the respective license.
Are intellectual property rights transferred after purchase?
No. Copyright remains with Laura Home. The buyer receives the right to use the design within the purchased license.
Is it possible to transfer or resell the files?
No. Reselling, transferring, publishing or distributing the pattern source files, whether on their own or as part of a digital kit, is prohibited.
Can one pattern be used in multiple projects?
This depends on the license type and scale of use. If you are planning several collections, a large print run, or collaboration with different brands, please contact us for clarification of terms.
Is it possible to purchase exclusive rights to a pattern?
Yes, an exclusive license may be available for certain designs. Once issued, the pattern is removed from further sale in accordance with the agreed terms.

Can the colors of a finished pattern be changed?
Yes, palette adaptation is available for certain designs. Please contact us before purchasing and specify your desired colors or send us your brand's corporate palette.
Can I change the scale or composition?
If necessary, we can adapt the repeat, the scale of elements, or prepare a design for a specific medium. The cost depends on the scope of changes.
Do you create custom patterns?
Yes. We develop custom patterns taking into account brand style, audience, product, color palette, and technical production requirements.
How to order a custom design?
Fill out the form on the custom development page and briefly describe your project. After reviewing the information, we will contact you to clarify details, timelines, and cost.

Can digital goods be returned?
Due to the digital nature of the product, returns are generally not possible after gaining access to the files. If you received a damaged or incorrect file, please contact us – we will review your order and help resolve the issue.
What should I do if the file won't open?
Check the format compatibility with your program. If the problem persists, send us your order number and a description of the error — we will help you find a solution.
