Laura Home sells original digital patterns, graphic files, designs, and other digital materials to customers in Ukraine, the European Union, the United States, and other countries.

2. Copyright

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all materials published on this website, including:

original patterns and designs;
graphic files and digital products;
illustrations, images, and photographs;
texts, descriptions, and collection names;
logos and brand identity elements;
the design, structure, and graphic elements of the website,

are owned by Laura Home or Sole Proprietor Larysa Anatoliivna Shyshova, or are used lawfully.

These materials are protected by Ukrainian copyright law, international treaties, and the laws of other applicable jurisdictions.

3. Licence for Digital Products

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer any copyright or exclusive proprietary rights in the relevant pattern, design, or file to the Buyer.

The Buyer receives only a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the digital product in accordance with the selected licence type.

The terms of personal, commercial, and extended commercial use are set out on the separate “Licence Terms” page.

If special licence terms are specified on the page of a particular product, they apply to that product together with the general Laura Home Licence Terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

Without Laura Home’s prior written consent, you may not:

copy, publish, or distribute website materials beyond the scope of the purchased licence;
resell, transfer, give away, or distribute the original digital files;
provide third parties with access to purchased files;
claim Laura Home patterns, designs, or other materials as your own;
use the materials to create competing digital products;
register Laura Home materials as a trademark, logo, or other object of exclusive rights;
use patterns or other materials to train, test, or improve artificial intelligence systems;
remove or alter authorship notices, watermarks, or rights notices.

Any use of the materials beyond the scope of the purchased licence requires Laura Home’s prior written consent or the purchase of the appropriate extended licence.

5. Trademarks and Third-Party Materials

Names, logos, trademarks, software, and other third-party materials that may be mentioned or displayed on the website belong to their respective owners.

Their use on the website does not imply any partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Product Information

Laura Home makes reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, images, formats, dimensions, resolution, and other characteristics of digital products are accurate and up to date.

Demonstration images and mock-ups of interiors, clothing, fabrics, packaging, and other physical products may be used solely to illustrate possible applications of a pattern. Such items are not included with the digital product unless expressly stated in its description.

Colour shades may vary depending on the Buyer’s screen settings, software, printing method, materials, and equipment.

7. Use of the Website

The information on the website is provided to allow users to review Laura Home products, place orders, and use purchased materials in accordance with the applicable licence terms.

Users may not:

interfere with the operation or security of the website;
gain unauthorised access to its systems;
upload malicious code;
use automated tools to copy website content in bulk;
use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The store may be operated with the support of Shopify, payment service providers, digital file delivery services, analytics tools, and other third-party providers.

The website may also contain links to third-party resources. Laura Home does not control the content, availability, security, or policies of such resources and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for their activities.

The use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property Infringement Notices

If you believe that any material published on the website infringes your copyright, related rights, or other intellectual property rights, please send a notice to:

the Buyer’s improper use or modification of files;

the Buyer sharing files or download links with third parties;

circumstances beyond Laura Home’s reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law or any mandatory consumer rights.

11. International Users

The website is available to users in various countries. Users are responsible for complying with local laws when using purchased materials in their projects.

Nothing in this Legal Notice deprives consumers of any mandatory rights granted under the laws of their country of residence, where such laws apply to the relevant order.
